If any of your OPTIM products are not properly functioning please contact OPTIM directly to speak with a customer service representative to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to sending your damaged unit. You may also fill out the Service Request Form (below) and fax the completed form to our office and an RMA will be issued and faxed back.
